    These sessions are intended to foster open communication and transparency between the Board and homeowners. Whether you have a specific topic in mind or simply want to stay informed, we encourage you to attend.In addition, the Board would like to extend an invitation to all homeowners to participate more actively in the community. We are currently seeking interested volunteers to serve in an advisory capacity or to join one of our community committees. This is a wonderful way to contribute to the continued success and improvement of Frisco Preston Hills.

    As the Managing Agent for Frisco Preston Hills HOA, we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at 6:00PM. The purpose of this meeting is to elect 3 Class A Member to the Board of Directors, and to conduct normal business of the Association.

    Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statement. It is important that you return your proxy, even if you plan on attending as unforeseen circumstances may occur, which prevent you from being able to attend. The Annual Election Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If the quorum is not met, the meeting will have to be reconvened and rescheduled to a new date and time which could result in the Association incurring more costs.

  10. Vinayaka Chavithi Festival Celebration

    Event Starts: September 06, 2024

    We are excited to inform you that the Vinayaka Chavithi festival will be celebrated by many of our neighborhood families in the community from Friday, September 6, to Saturday, September 14, 2024. It is a time for gathering with family and friends, participating in religious rituals, and fostering a sense of community.

    Event Details:

      1. Dates: Friday, September 6th – Saturday, September 14th 2024
      2. Location: The celebration will take place in the garage of a resident’s home at 15558 Mossy Oak Ln. Everyone is welcome to attend!
      3. Timing: The gathering will take place each evening for about an hour, ensuring minimal disruption to the neighborhood. No HOA common areas will be used for this event. If any need arises to use common areas, we will inform you in advance and seek the necessary permissions from the HOA.

    HOA Guidelines:

      1. If the event requires utilizing the street or closing off a street, prior approval must be obtained from the city.
      2. Events held within an owner’s garage, not on HOA common areas, do not require further permissions, provided city guidelines are followed regarding road use/blocking.
      3. If the event were to extend into HOA common areas (with prior permission):
        1. Property Protection: Owners must ensure that no damage is done to common area sod, irrigation, or other HOA or neighboring properties. Any damages will be the responsibility of the event coordinators.
        2. Parking: Vehicles must be parked safely, not impeding through traffic or blocking roadways or driveways.
        3. Noise Levels: The event must not create an obscene or loud environment that could prevent other owners from enjoying their property or common areas.
        4. Alcohol and Activities: Serving alcohol requires written approval and hiring an off-duty police officer. Bounce houses or similar activities will require the HOA to obtain event insurance. Fireworks are Prohibited without written permission from the City, HOA, and local municipalities.

    City of Frisco Guidelines: Please ensure that your celebrations comply with all relevant city guidelines. Detailed information can be found here: City of Frisco Event Guidelines.

    We believe this celebration will foster a sense of community and strengthen the bonds among our residents. Your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines will help ensure the festivities are successful and enjoyable for everyone.
