The Board of Directors will be holding a Virtual Townhall Meeting on Wednesday March 6, 2024, at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this Townhall Meeting is to allow the homeowners to ask questions, and to hear discussion regarding the benefits of a playground for the children in our community. There is currently a ballot available online to determine the support for building a playground in our community, the cost of the project, and the many benefits, to homeowners, that a playground brings to the community.

If you have questions, comments, or would like more information regarding the possibility of building a playground in Frisco Preston Hills Community, then please make plans to attend our Townhall Meeting.

As the Managing Agent for Frisco Preston Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of Members has been scheduled for Thursday June 15, 2023, 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to transition your Association to a homeowner elected Board of three (3) Class A members to the Board of Directors and to discuss business of the Association.

The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important to understand the voting process. You may cast your electronic ballot, either on the Association website, by email or fax. It isn’t necessary to include the proxy with an electronic ballot. If you mail your ballot, please include the signed completed proxy. The deadline for voting is Wednesday June 14, 2023, 5:00 pm. Be sure your ballot reaches us by then.
