Pool Access and Safety

As we dive into the busiest pool season of the year, Frisco Preston Hills Board wants to reaffirm how important it is to balance fun with responsibility. To keep our pool area safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for all, please take a moment to review the following reminders and opportunities to get involved.

Authorized Access Only

• Pool entry is restricted to residents and their authorized guests.
• Please remind neighbors and guests not to share gate codes or keycards with non-residents.
• Please report all suspicious activity or behavior to the Frisco Police Department

We’d love to hear your input as we explore improved safety measures, including the possibility of having a pool guard on duty. Resident voices are key to evaluating feasibility, cost, and community fit. Here’s how you can get involved:
