Pool Closure Update

We regret to inform you that the community pool is temporarily closed due to a malfunction of the main pump. This critical piece of equipment is responsible for circulating and filtering the pool water to maintain proper cleanliness and safety. Unfortunately, its failure has disrupted pool operations and requires immediate repair.

We understand this closure is inconvenient, particularly during the summer months, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our pool maintenance contractor, Prestige Pool & Patio, has been notified and is working swiftly to resolve the issue. Please note that the current annual maintenance contract does not include equipment repair or replacement. According to the contract terms, repairs are considered “Additional Services” and are billed separately at an hourly labor rate, plus the cost of any required parts.

While the regular maintenance agreement covers routine services such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and inspections, mechanical breakdowns, such as pump failure, fall outside the scope of the services included. These necessary repairs may have an impact on the community’s operating budget, but they are essential to restoring pool function and ensuring safety.

We are prioritizing this matter and will keep you updated on the progress. The pool will reopen as soon as it is safe and fully operational.
