Pool Opening

As the Managing Agent for the Frisco Preston Hills Homeowners Association, we are pleased to announce that the community pool will officially open on Friday, May 30th, 2025!

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable summer for everyone, please review and follow the mandatory pool guidelines below:

Mandatory Pool Guidelines

1. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) at all times.
2. Sharing pool access with non-residents is strictly prohibited.
3. Homeowners may bring up to four guests, who must be accompanied by the homeowner at all times.
4. Glass containers, alcoholic beverages, and drugs are not allowed in the pool area.
5. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the pool area.
6. Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers when using the pool.
