Pool Opening Updates

We’d like to update you on the status of the community pool opening. While we typically aim to open the pool by Memorial Day weekend, the opening will be delayed this year due to a few important factors:

Reasons for the Delay:

• Repairs were required before the City of Frisco could perform an inspection.
• Coordination between vendors and finalizing the scope of work took additional time.
• The vendor could not schedule the city inspection until the necessary repairs were approved and completed.

What to Expect:

• The City of Frisco inspection is scheduled for Friday, May 23rd.
• Once the inspection is complete and the pool passes, we will move forward with opening preparations.
• The pool is expected to open shortly after Memorial Day, barring any unforeseen issues.

We understand the delay may be disappointing, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the pool is safe, compliant, and ready for use.

An official opening date will be announced as soon as the inspection is passed and the pool is cleared for resident access.
