Common Area Update and General Reminders

We hope this message finds you well. As many of you are aware, our area has received significant rainfall over the past two weeks. As a result, the common areas throughout our communities are heavily saturated, which has impacted on our ability to perform regular landscape maintenance.

Please be assured that we are actively monitoring all common areas and are making every effort to maintain them as conditions safely allow. In some locations, overgrowth may be visible. This is not due to oversight but rather a precaution to avoid causing ruts or damage to the turf and soil.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we wait for conditions to improve. Once the ground has dried sufficiently, our landscaping teams will resume regular maintenance and service all areas accordingly.

Lastly, we kindly ask all homeowners and guests to be considerate of others by keeping noise levels to a minimum in shared spaces such as outdoor common areas.

This helps maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone in our community. Please be especially mindful during early morning and late evening hours.
