Common Area Use

It is the obligation that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R’s), set forth in Frisco Preston Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. documents. Our community is striving to continue to be a beautiful place in which to reside harmoniously with our neighbors.

Due to the soil compaction, hot temperatures, water restrictions & heavy use, the sod in the common areas is distressed/declining at an excessive rate and the irrigation system is not functioning at normal capacity. Common areas are the responsibility of the HOA and these issues if not addressed timely carry unnecessary costs to the Association. To allow the sod time to grow and thrive as well as perform necessary irrigation repairs, effective immediately, the Board is requesting owners and residents pause all sports activities in common areas around the community. Although the areas will remain open, any activity that causes heavy foot traffic is highly discouraged. We will discuss further use of the common areas at the next Townhall meeting.
