Pet Violations

It has been reported that some residents are not picking up after their pet, despite the presence of doggie stations around the community.
According to Section 2.5.d of the governing documents,
“…pets shall be kept on a leash or otherwise confined inside a fenced area whenever outside the dwelling.
…it is the Owner’s responsibility to …pick up and properly dispose of their pet’s waste wherever deposited…”
To report a violation to these rules, please send an email to compliance@essexhoa.com or to the Community Association Manager dwyann@essexhoa.com with the following information attached:
1. Violation
2. Address of the home the dog belongs to
3. Date/Time of violation
4. Location of violation
5. Photo of violation or affirmation of witness (email will do)
